Outside Catering

Shelleys are one of Lancaster’s most experienced Outside Caterers.

We will react quickly to last minute/short notice orders but also enjoy talking to and meeting our customers to discuss your menus in more detail.

We specialize in serving 1 to 100 in a variety of styles and service from working lunches to casual and formal buffets.

Terms and Conditions

Your Health

Our food is refrigerated until point of delivery
We strongly advise that it is consumed within 4 hours
We strongly advise against the use of “Doggy Bags” unless the food has been refrigerated after 4 hours.

Your Enjoyment

Our buffets are served on “silver trays” and come with paper plates, napkins and plastic cutlery
Where required, serving spoons and tongs can also be supplied.
We will deliver to your home, venue or office and call back to collect our equipment.
Please note that you will be liable for any missing items of equipment and an advance deposit may be required depending on your venue.

Delivery

This is free within the Lancaster & Morecambe area for orders of £30 or more. For lower value orders or for further afield, a small charge will apply.

Notice

Please give as much notice as possible; final numbers can always be confirmed nearer the day.
While we will always strive to meet your needs, the shorter the notice, the less choice you may have.

Payment

All prices are shown net of VAT which will be added to your bill at current rate.
VAT invoices are of course provided.
Full payment is required in advance unless you have a credit account with us.
